Could this be Disney's Biggest Year at the International Box Office?

According to the Disney Post it is shaping up to be just that. Setting a personal best (so far), Disney passed the $2 billion mark in August with more to come. Disney’s Planes has only just begun its international flight, landing in the UK, Spain, Russia and Germany and crossing $105 million worldwide this past weekend. It’ll make stops in major markets including Brazil, Mexico, Australia, France, Italy and Japan throughout the rest of the year. Marvel’s Thor: The Dark World and Walt Disney Animation Studios’ Frozen will only add to the years’ end grand total when they debut later this year.
