Executive Leaves the Walt Disney Company

Steve Eisenhardt, who had been senior vice president of labor relations, immigration compliance and cast health services for Walt Disney Parks and Resorts has left Disney for a rival entertainment company. The executive in charge of ensuring labor peace across the Walt Disney Company’s theme-park operations has been hired to lead labor relations at NBCUniversal, effective November 18 says the Orlando Sentinel.

Eisenhardt, who has been with Disney since 1995, will move from Central Florida to New York where he will oversee labor relations across all of NBCUniveral’s business units, including film studio, television networks and theme parks.
