Deadline is reporting that Dish Chairman, Charlie Ergen, was cautiously optimistic about the ongoing negotiations with The Walt Disney Company during Dish’s 4Q Earnings Conference Call. He expected a deal to be made during the next few months. The protracted negotiations for Dish Network to continue carrying Disney’s networks is due to the use of ad-skipping technologies.
