ABC has sued Prospect Park, which recently filed for Chapter 11 Bankruptcy, for unpaid licensing fees. Prospect Park is currently suing ABC for killing off characters it claims to have licensed while they were getting their online versions of All My Children and Once Life to Live into production. Neither one of the licensed soaps are currently production.
Despite Prospect Park going out of business, both legal actions will continue.
