Modern Family co-creator Christopher Lloyd has returned to work on the ABC hit comedy following contract negotiations with the show’s producer 20th Century Fox TV. The creator/producer had been without a contract since the end of last season, but negotiations stalled after both sides were very far apart.
The comedy is important to ABC as it has won several Emmys and is the centerpiece for their Wednesday comedy block.
