Walt Disney World has announced that Club Disney will be the inaugural offering at the new Sunset Showcase venue at Disney’s Hollywood Studios. The new venue, at the former location of Darth’s Mall, will be a flexible location offering a new space for special event programming. It is expected that the venue will be used for Magic Music Days and Star Wars Weekends in the near future. It is presumed that the Premier Theatre, which most recently hosted the Frozen Sing-Along, will be removed as part of the reinvention of the park.
Club Disney, not to be confused with the former regional entertainment concept with the same name, will feature a dance party with Radio Disney hits as well as the world famous Disney characters. This new offering will open on December 5.
