Just hours after Jon Favreau’s The Lion King announced a release date, there is now big casting news related to two comedic actors reportedly joining the project. According to The Wrap, Seth Rogen and Billy Eichner are in final talks to play Pumbaa and Timon respectively. If the deals go through, they will join Donald Glover and James Earl Jones who have already signed on (meanwhile, there’s still no word on whether that Beyonce casting will come true).
