Disney�s California Adventure is hosting its third annual Food and Wine Festival. Hundreds of free events, spread between five venues are presented each day through Monday, May 5th. Wine, Beer and Spirit seminars are presented at the Lower Patio of the Golden Vine Winery and the Pacific Wharf Stage. Culinary Demonstrations are offered at the Pacific Wharf and Bountiful Valley demonstration kitchens. Among the celebrity chefs scheduled to attend are Cat Cora, Guy Fieri, Jamie Gwen, Nancy Silverton and Bret Thompson. The expanded Junior Chef program, for guests 11 and younger, is presented in its own venue at the Bountiful Valley Farm area.

In addition to the free events, several Signature Events are offered as well. A Celebrity Chef Dinner with Guy Fieri is offered on Sunday, April 27. Winemaker Dinners, apiring fine foods with appropriate wine selections are held on Friday evenings. Michael Jordan, Master Sommelier offers Taste Wine Like an Expert on Sunday afternoons. Festival Wine Receptions are held on Friday and Saturday evenings. The popular Taste event, combining fine foods, wines, beers and spirits is scheduled for Saturday, May 3. The Napa Rose Cooking School, held on Saturdays, has sold out again this year.

The Taste of California Marketplace again offers special menu items in sampler portions. The Festival Gift Shop has logoed items ranging from stemware to chef�s aprons. The Festival Wine Shop features full bottle sales of select wines from participating wineries, as well as wine by the glass. New this year is the Sparkling Bar, open on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays above the Golden Vine Winery. The Sparkling Bar features flights of sparkling and still wines, as well as Wine Country tapas.
