CPI Supplies Walt Disney World
CPI Plastics Group Ltd. ("CPI") announced today that its revolutionary wood replacement product, Extrudawood(TM), is being used to produce outdoor furniture including benches, tables and chairs for the Wilderness Outdoor Lodge at Walt Disney World Co. of Orlando, Florida. The significance of this transaction for CPI is that Disney World has specified that several manufacturers who produce products for Disney normally made from wood, utilize Extrudawood(TM), CPI's wood grained, maintenance free, wood replacement product.
Mr. Peter Clark the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer stated that the order from Walt Disney for furniture manufactured from profile produced by CPI is further evidence of the acceptability of maintenance free plastic wood as a substitute for wood.
