It's Time for Father-Daughter Bonding on 'Disney's Pepper Ann'; Father's Day Episode Airs Sunday, June 17 on UPN and in Syndication

Pepper Ann takes to the game show circuit in hopes of sharing some quality time with her father in a special episode of "Disney's Pepper Ann" entitled "That's My Dad!" airing on Sunday, June 17, as part of "Disney's One Too" on UPN and in syndication.

After getting into an argument with her friend Trinket, Pepper Ann worries about how well she can possibly know her father since they don't live together. To remedy the situation, she signs up for a new game show where father-daughter teams compete to see which team knows one another the best. In the end, Pepper Ann realizes you don't have to live with someone to really know them, and what's important is enjoying the time you spend together.

Naturally quirky and proud of it, Pepper Ann wants to stand out -- without standing out. Pepper Ann offers the inside scoop on life as a 'tween. Already riding the emotional roller coaster of adolescence, she still has much of the magical thinking of childhood. Pepper Ann, a strong female character, is her own best friend and her own worst enemy; her alter ego is never short on opinions and her imagination frequently comes to life. Most importantly, Pepper Ann provides kids with a great role model they can relate to: a 12-year-old girl who is real.

"Disney's Pepper Ann" is produced by Walt Disney Television Animation. Sue Rose is Creator/Executive Producer and Nahnatchka Khan is Producer.
