Black Music Month Concert at Downtown Disney Pleasure Island To Feature Tone Loc, Olivia and City High on June 22

Popular hip-hop rap artist Tone Loc will perform at Downtown Disney Pleasure Island on June 22 in celebration of Black Music Month. Tone Loc has recorded numerous hits including “Wild Thing” and “Funky Cold Medina.”

Appearing with Tone Loc are R&B singer and songwriter Olivia and hip-hop/R&B group City High. Olivia, the first artist to sign to Clive Davis’ high profile J Records, will perform selections from her self-titled debut album. Her first single, “Bizounce,” continues to climb the charts. City High, a dynamic trio produced by Wyclef Jean, will also explode on stage with pulsating songs from their self-titled debut album.

The Black Music Month concert begins at 9 p.m. on West End Stage. Special entertainment is included with regular Pleasure Island admission ($21 including tax) or a Pleasure Island annual pass.
