Radio Disney and Music Choice Join Forces to Provide Family-Friendly Entertainment to a National Audience

Radio Disney and Music Choice announce a strategic alliance to bring Radio Disney programming to digital cable and satellite TV homes and cable-modem subscribers, beginning July 7, 2004. The Radio Disney audio channel will be available on the Music Choice network, which nationally distributes music channels, exclusive shows and concerts. This affiliation boosts Radio Disney's already-powerful presence by providing digital quality music to TV households across the nation. Music Choice leverages Radio Disney's loyal listener base, which is comprised of two highly sought-after demos: kids/tweens and families.

In addition to a 24/7 channel on the Music Choice line-up, the alliance creates a series of exclusive, televised music concerts for DIRECTV and cable systems. Radio Disney and Music Choice have collaborated in the past on exclusive concert events, including PLAY and Stacie Orrico. The latest Radio Disney -- Music Choice concert, "Disneymania In Concert," spotlights artists from the highly successful "DisneyMania" CD series. Performing artists include Raven from Disney Channel's "That's So Raven" and Hilary and Haylie Duff.
