Founded in 2002, Encore gives Walt Disney World Cast Members and their families the opportunity to showcase their talents and perform great music for worthy causes. Since its inception, Encore has donated all proceeds from ticket sales to local charities, raising more than $175,000 to date.
This year Encore chose A Better Life Pet Rescue as their 2012 beneficiary. Past recipients include: the Dr. Phillips Center for the Performing Arts, United Arts of Central Florida, the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation, A Gift for Teaching and the Base Camp Children’s Cancer Foundation, among others.
