Before we get to the holiday merchandise ... the much anticipated Sleeping Beauty Castle is the first of the commissioned Disneyland pieces offered by Bob Olszewski. It is currently on display at the Disneyana Shop. It is not yet on sale. A special signing event to release the piece. The castle at $195 is expected to be the highest priced piece and will go onsale in mid-December.

One of the turrets can be lifted to reveal the Sleeping Beauty and her prince. The sculpture is highly detailed even featuring the large murals that hang on the inside walls of the castle. According to Olszewski Studios, each design will be able to be lit, allowing you to view the park both at daytime as well as night. The pieces are "Z" scale (1/220th) to allow a working train to circle the completed model of Disneyland.
