The universe of Cars is a strange one. Many fans have often wondered, in a world seemingly on inhabited by vehicles, who built these race tracks, roads, and restaurants that still exist in Radiator Springs and beyond? Further complicating things, with Cars 3 introducing a school bus named Miss Fritter, the question has to be raised: why does a school bus even exist in this world?!
