The Mummy Cruise Lines
A walk towards the Manor, on the hill overlooking the proceedings, never has it felt that such a building could influence the look of the land which surrounds it. Phantom Manor is really enjoying this. But first a trip around the Rivers of the Far West. Ah, they got to this too: The Mummy Cruise Lines, no misleading name, where mummies hang all over the Twain, now a phantom boat voyaging around Big Thunder Mountain on a funeral journey. Pumpkins sit atop the funnels as though they have been smashed over, and a Mummy Captain stears the boat.. And back on shore opposite the Riverboat Landings, Zombie Mania is taking place, orchestrated by the Undertaker and featuring a Spider Woman.
The Lawn of Phantom Manor
The Manor houses new guests on its broken lawn, as though escaped from the underworld of the attraction itself, two skeletal figures, bride and groom with scythe and coffins beckon you to their home.
Walking back towards Big Thunder the buildings are strewn with comical pumpkinfolk all leading you towards the north part of their land, where they seem to be allowed to run riot. The road towards Pocahontas Village is blocked by the Trick or Treat Labyrinth, a maze of doors which you knock on and behind there may just be a Disney Villain or a cackle of laughter; when through, a totem of pumpkins welcomes you to the village beyond.
