It’s my DNA, but hard to explain the “mana” (spiritual power) that comes out when I perform the Haka. Highly intense and emotional and I always need a few minutes to calm down after I do it. Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson shared a video of him participating in a Moana recording session on Instagram.

Johnson voices the once-mighty demigod Maui who guides Moana in her quest to become a master wayfinder. Together, they sail across the open ocean on an action-packed voyage, encountering enormous monsters and impossible odds.

Moana will be released May 23, 2016
