Mark Hamill, “Star Wars: The Clone Wars” Among Daytime Emmy Winners in Children’s Programming and Animation

Yesterday marked the 48th Annual Daytime Emmy Awards in the children’s and animation categories and Disney earned wins in several categories. Mark Hamill and the hit animated series Star Wars: The Clone Wars were among the winners.

  • Variety shared the results from the  48th Annual Daytime Emmy Awards children’s and animation categories.
  • This year’s awards represented the first year that all children’s programming, regardless of timeslot, shifted to the Daytime Emmys.
  • The winners were announced via the National Academy of Television Arts & Sciences’ (NATAS) Emmy OTT platform, featuring more than 30 categories.
