The Avengers: Victory Shawarma Hawkeye Funko POP! 3 of 6 Now Available for Pre Order

Funko has released an image of the new Hawkeye Funko POP! Figure that is one piece of a larger Shawarma set available only on Amazon.com.

What’s Happening:

Funko has announced the new Hawkeye Funko POP! Figure, The Avengers: Victory Shawarma Hawkeye, is now available for pre-order.
The figure, exclusive to Amazon.com, is the third part of six that are all part of the Avengers Assemble Victory Shawarma set. When collectors collect each figure, they connect to recreate the classic scene from the film.
The first figure, Bruce Banner, is currently available with Tony Stark still available for Pre-Order, set for release later this month. Hawkeye is set for release in July.
Three additional figures are expected to be part of this Amazon exclusive set but have yet to be revealed. Those figures will be Captain America, Black Widow, and Thor.
The scene being recreated, taking place at the Shawarma Palace, was a post-credits scene from the original The Avengers. After Tony Stark/Iron Man entered the mouth of the Leviathan, causing explosions that would lead to its destruction, he crashes back to Earth in front of Shawarma Palace, suggesting they all try it before Thor says they are not done fighting yet. The scene, after the credits have rolled, shows the six heroes once they have won the Battle of New York sitting quietly together enjoying their food.
Behind the scenes, the line suggesting the shawarma was not originally scripted but ad-libbed by Robert Downey Jr. (along with several others that didn’t make the final cut) and the scene was filmed after the premiere of the film at the insistence of Joss Whedon and Kevin Feige who wanted it in the final film before the movie had its wide release. This is also why Chris Evans is covering his face and not eating, as he was concealing a beard for another film he was shooting at the time (Snowpiercer).
