John Ratzenberger Not in "Luca," Confirmed by Director

Now confirmed by director Enrico Casarosa, John Ratzenberger is not featured in the new Disney Pixar film Luca.

What’s Happening:

Fans have been wondering when we would hear John Ratzenberger’s voice again in a Pixar film, and it seems we’ll have to wait a bit longer as Luca director Enrico Casarosa confirmed via Twitter that Ratzenberger is not in the film.

He’s not. I wanted to start a new tradition: putting Peter Sohn’s voice in every movie! (Have no idea if anyone will keep to it after us) https://t.co/x2cPkhRdVm

This will be the second film now that Ratzenberger is not vocally featured. A character with the likeness of him did appear in Disney and Pixar’s Soul.

Hopefully we get to hear more of Ratzenberger in future Pixar films, but for now we will have to wait.
