We’re just under two weeks away from the theatrical debut of Marvel’s Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings and Marvel shared a new featurette today looking at some of the intense action from the new film.
- The new featurette, titled “Next Level Action,” features interviews with Simu Liu, Awkwafina, Kevin Feige, Fight Coordinator Andy Cheng, Director Destin Daniel Cretton and more.
- We also get to see some of the bus fight sequence, about which Cretton says “that was something I’ve never done before.”

- Marvel also shared a new teaser for the upcoming film.
- The new video, titled “Run It,” features the song of the same name by DJ Snake.
- We also get to see some more of that action-packed bus sequence, another look at the relationship between Shang-Chi and Katy and some other plot details.

About Shang-Chi and The Legend of the Ten Rings:
- The story focuses on Shang-Chi’s relationship with his father, who closed him off from the outside world while he trained in the martial arts, only to release him later to do his bidding. Shang-Chi would eventually learn that his father was not the man he thought he was. Now he must confront the past he thought he left behind when he is drawn into the web of the mysterious Ten Rings organization.
Marvel Studios’ Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings comes to theaters on September 3, 2021.
