Marvel Studios have found their villain for She-Hulk in Jameela Jamil, who will play Titania.
What’s Happening:
- Streaming in 2022, Disney+ subscribers will get to see Jennifer Walters (Tatiana Maslany), aka She-Hulk, battle against Titania.
- The Illuminerdi revealed today that the villain will be played by Jameela Jamil, best known for playing Tahani Al-Jamil on NBC’s The Good Place.
- In the series, Titania will be introduced as Lucy, a social media influencer who enters Jennifer Walters' legal world.
- Based on the description, it’s probable that Titania’s storyline in the Marvel Cinematic Universe won’t stay close to her comic origins, where Mary MacPherran became Titania when Doctor Doom gave her powers during Secret Wars No. 3. Doctor Doom has yet to appear in the MCU.
- Also appearing in the series are Mark Ruffalo as Bruce Banner/Hulk and Tim Roth returns as Abomination, the character’s first appearance since The Incredible Hulk in phase one.
