ABC Announces Two Leads for Back to Back Seasons of “The Bachelorette”

ABC has made the announcement reality TV fans have been waiting for: who will be the next Bachelorette? In a first for the franchise, two stars have been named for back to back seasons of The Bachelorette airing later this year.

What’s Happening:

  • Here’s a fun twist for Bachelor Nation, not one but two Bachelorettes will begin their search for love later this year.
  • On Monday night during The Bachelor: After the Final Rose host, Emmanuel Acho revealed the news that both Katie Thurston and Michelle Young have been named the next stars of The Bachelorette.
  • Thruston and Young most recently appeared on the Matt James’ season of The Bachelor, and were favorites among the fans. As the upcoming stars of ABC’s hit reality series, they will each step into the spotlight, now blazing a path for their own love stories to unfold.
  • Katie’s journey as The Bachelorette is set to premiere summer 2021, and Michelle’s season will air fall 2021.
