What’s Up, Disney+ is back with another episode this week celebrating May the 4th and Lucasfilm’s 50th anniversary by recapping the entire Star Wars saga, the cast of The Falcon and The Winter Soldier pick emojis for their characters, and Jenny and Andre talk to Secrets of the Whales composer Raphaelle Thibaut.
What’s Happening:
- What’s Up, Disney+ hosts Andre Meadows and Jenny Lorenzo are back again this week celebrating Lucasfilm’s 50th anniversary by recapping the entire Star Wars saga, having the cast of The Falcon and The Winter Soldier pick emojis, and talking to the composer of Secrets of the Whales.
- The episode started off with Andre and Jenny doing their best as they sped through a recap of the Star Wars saga in 2:30 minutes, while also showing off some very cool Star Wars LEGO they had received.
- Next up, the cast of The Falcon and The Winter Soldier — Wyatt Russell, Daniel Bruhl, and Erin Kellyman shared which emoji describes their character best in the series.
- Wyatt Russell (John Walker) chose the rolling eye emoji saying that you’re going to roll your eyes at the character at some point.
- Daniel Bruhl (Baron Zemo) chose “the lovely purple mask” emoji to describe Zemo finally being able to wear his mask in the series.
- Erin Kellyman (Karli Morgenthau) chose the world emoji as her character tries to make the world a better place.
- The cast picks some other emojis including a dancing emoji for a scene you may remember, but you’ll have to watch the full episode to see!
- Andre and Jenny were also able to talk with Raphaelle Thibaut, the composer of Secrets of the Whales, now streaming on Disney+.
- Thibaut started playing music at an early age. She had hearing issues and would use the piano to help improve her hearing.
- She was working at Google a few years ago when she decided to go back to her love of music.
