User ID: billyfl Thrill: 1 Theme: 2 Overall: 2 (9/2/2006)The Friendship Boats departing Worls Showcase plaza as well as International Gateway have seriuosly deteriorated in recent years. The boats themselves are filthy, in poor repair and the air conditioning is non-existant. The newer pilots seemed poorly trained. Of course some of the more experienced captains we remember did their best under poor conditions, but as a whole it is obvious Disney is not hiring the same quality of people as they did in years past. The management of this area should be ashamed.
