A lesser Tower of Terror without the darkness, story, and special effect. Better to spend your time somewhere else. Lines can get VERY long.

Rode it back to back twice. Great fun. Claustophobic daughter could not go on ride due to the shields. Must be a liability issue....

I love the sensation at the top! I rode 24 times throughout the day. The line was only 5 min when I went. It's fun to watch the scared people right before the launch. It's not tall enough and the scream shields are stupid.

A good ride, but not as good as its neighboring park Knott's Berry Farms' Supreme Scream. But I love the bell idea. It really makes you seem like you are on a California Coast Boardwalk.

the scream shilds are stupid part of the fun of walking by a thrill ride on a midway is hearing the screams as you pass by and the shields just kill the efect but still a good ride

This ride looks fun, but the scream shields are just stupid.I like the theme, but the ride itself is a common ride at many other parks, and small compared to some of them.It only has the launch and no drops, but still great.GO S&S POWER.

If you're looking for a good rush, this ride will give it to you. It's too bad it's over so fast though. It leaves you wanting more. This ride also has a single rider line which allows you to bypass long lines.

It's short, but so is Knott's Supreme Scream. I'm scared to death of that one, but Maliboomer I can handle, since it shoot you up instead of bring you up slowly and blasting you down. I wish the spit guards weren't there but I guess they have to be. It's a real screamer!

The lift-up is great. But it's no free-falling as the seats are pushed/pulled down. So there's no real feeling of weightlessness.

It's fun, but not quite awesome having been released in 2001 and having a thrill factor of the 1920's. Thank goodness for the single rider line... for I won't wait more than 20 minutes for this one. 2/4

This ride was definitely a blast! A fun and enjoyable ride. The best part about it is that you never know when the ride is gonna launch!

I braved the Maliboomer! The send-off is fun, but once you are on, the up-and-down isn't scary. Gives a nice view of DCA or Disneyland, depending which tower you are on.

The best adrenaline rush in the park. However, it would be better if you went up slowly like Supreme Scream.

This is a supreme example of how Disney can take an "off the shelf" ride and turn it Disney! The sound effects (with Goofy's ya-ha-ha-hooey! at the top) alone make it superb. However, the draw back is the plastic shield over your face. When you scream, only you can hear yourself, so you tend to feel stupid (or at least I did) when you let loose.

Too chicken to ride myself, I have heard good things from friends. Most people apparently love the anticipation, including the slow bounce (the system is actually weighing and balancing the car) before you launch.

The only thrill of the ride came from waiting to launch otherwise it is a short uneventful ride. (Knott's Supreme Scream is better)

A very fun ride. A definate must! The single rider line is very cool. It probably cut my wait time in half. The(Sorry) "Barf Shield" is kind of annoying, but is probably needed to protect everyone waiting in line below and along the walkways.

The shot up is too much fun. I liked it when the ride operator started a countdown from 10 and shot the thing off at about 7. The anticipation is the worst part as they toy with you by slowing bouncing you at the bottom before lift-off. Note that there is a single-rider line if you are interested. Keep left.
