Definitely a favorite of mine. Brings back pleasant childhood memories and the scenery is not to be missed. Great way to get to Downtown Disney in a hurry if you're in the Tomorrowland area.

If you are going to ride(not just use it for transport) you must ride in the front with the operator or the very back compartment..the best part is entering the park over the Autopia/Nemo and around the Matterhorn

Love the monorail.

probably the best
'attracton' to ride if you want a break

Fun, fun... Wheres monorail girl when you need her though?

User ID: MrsNavarro   Thrill: Unrated  Theme: Unrated  Overall: 4 (3/8/2005)
I like this one alot. ESPECIALLY during the fireworks. We saw them while pulling back into tomorrwland. Great view.

User ID: The_Princess_Ariel   Thrill: Unrated  Theme: Unrated  Overall: 3 (10/2/2004)
Its cool if you use it as mode of transportation from and to the Hotels. The inside of the monorails aren't very...um...high enough. All the adults have to duck to get in and out (except for me, I'm 5'1) I also think it should be air conditioned, the brush always gets inside the window openings.

Nice view of the whole park....

User ID: Mingus   Thrill: Unrated  Theme: Unrated  Overall: 3 (10/7/2003)
I like this alot. although, it's no thrill ride!

User ID: OC-Supertones4Life   Thrill: Unrated  Theme: Unrated  Overall: 4 (8/19/2003)
Most "Futuristic" transportation! Its fun to look at CA adventure from the monorail.

User ID: Brer Doug   Thrill: Unrated  Theme: Unrated  Overall: 4 (7/1/2003)
this is a must see for anyone who wants a break from the crowds during the day or night and is fun too

User ID: MAGNUM   Thrill: Unrated  Theme: Unrated  Overall: 4 (5/5/2003)
I love the Monorail but hate the fact that you have to get off and re-board. More for transportation than a ride these days. Maybe time for a second line that goes around the entire resort non-stop.

User ID: shoeprincess   Thrill: Unrated  Theme: Unrated  Overall: 4 (3/6/2003)
this is still one of my favorites. What a smooth ride.

User ID: Day   Thrill: Unrated  Theme: Unrated  Overall: 3 (2/18/2003)
Love the view. Great break from all the crowds. It takes you to Disneyland Hotel and you are able to get off there and walk around.

User ID: dizneegrrl   Thrill: Unrated  Theme: Unrated  Overall: 4 (1/20/2003)
šoš I LOVE this!! It's a nice, calm attraction that allows you to view the entire park from a view you wouldn't have seen otherwise. I like to do this near the beginning of the trip. šoš

I love to sit either in the front or the back, it allows a clear view.

Offers GREAT Matterhorn views.

User ID: Komeikiwa   Thrill: Unrated  Theme: Unrated  Overall: 4 (12/10/2000)
The best thing at disneyland and one of the bet parts of disneyland. It is one of the things I look foward to when comming to disneyland.

User ID: B_Nava   Thrill: Unrated  Theme: Unrated  Overall: 4 (11/28/2000)
love going on the monorail to take a much needed break from all the walking, will be happy to be able to enjoy a round trip and also enjoy seeing all the disneyland sights from the windows.

User ID: briangrapes   Thrill: Unrated  Theme: Unrated  Overall: 3 (11/24/2000)
This is a great tour of the park and is very relaxing. It gives you an overview of the construction around the resort and goes over Tomorroland's Autopia.

User ID: chernabog78   Thrill: Unrated  Theme: Unrated  Overall: 3 (11/11/2000)
with the construction it's a better rating

User ID: YIKEL   Thrill: Unrated  Theme: Unrated  Overall: 3 (11/7/2000)
I will always try to ride up front! A favorite since birth.

User ID: perfectmatch   Thrill: Unrated  Theme: Unrated  Overall: 3 (10/24/2000)
We loved the ride, but it was sooooo hot when we were there. It needs air conditioning!

User ID: DsnyFan4Eva   Thrill: Unrated  Theme: Unrated  Overall: 3 (9/27/2000)
This ride is very neat! The only problem now, is, that they only have like one monorail going to the hotel! That's how it was when we went like 3 weeks ago! Oh well, it's still a great ride to me! =)

User ID: disneyfever   Thrill: Unrated  Theme: Unrated  Overall: 4 (9/27/2000)
I love staying at of taking the monorial. I enjoy the ride through the park as well in it, you get a view of the park that we no longer get because the skyway closed.

User ID: BrigmanMT   Thrill: Unrated  Theme: Unrated  Overall: 2 (9/20/2000)
A good tour.

User ID: akwolf   Thrill: Unrated  Theme: Unrated  Overall: 4 (8/17/2000)
There are a few things that stand out as a Disneyland signature item... this is one of them.

User ID: tdscm5   Thrill: Unrated  Theme: Unrated  Overall: 4 (7/19/2000)
We love he birdseye view of the park.

User ID: Adam R. Collings   Thrill: Unrated  Theme: Unrated  Overall: 4 (7/16/2000)
Most excellent adventure

User ID: ThunderHorn   Thrill: Unrated  Theme: Unrated  Overall: 4 (6/24/2000)
I love to get pictures of the park from the Monorail's point of view. My favorite part is whooshing past the Matterhorn.

User ID: CHIEB2812   Thrill: Unrated  Theme: Unrated  Overall: 4 (6/21/2000)
nice ride, should be round trip like it used to be

User ID: Theresa Ludwig   Thrill: Unrated  Theme: Unrated  Overall: 4 (6/19/2000)
Great way to get to the Hotel and to get an aerial view of the Disneyland property.

User ID: Futurist   Thrill: Unrated  Theme: Unrated  Overall: 3 (6/19/2000)
Still a futuristic Attraction going into the 21st Century. Notice how many monorails there are in American cities?.....Very few! The Air conditioned cabin in the front is always the best place to view Tomorrowland, and the rest of the Disney property.

There's an excitement when traveling high above all the cars traveling down on Harbor Blvd. There is a definate sense of futurism riding this Tomorrowland Classic.

User ID: tom 3   Thrill: Unrated  Theme: Unrated  Overall: 4 (6/5/2000)
it's good to ride when the rest of the park is crowded

User ID: Eticket   Thrill: Unrated  Theme: Unrated  Overall: 4 (5/14/2000)
I`ve always liked the Monorail.

User ID: QDEMANN   Thrill: Unrated  Theme: Unrated  Overall: 2 (5/2/2000)
It's best if used for transportation and not just a ride.

User ID: tom 3   Thrill: Unrated  Theme: Unrated  Overall: 4 (4/26/2000)
The Monorail is nice to ride for a scenic trip when the park is crowded.

User ID: Tigger   Thrill: Unrated  Theme: Unrated  Overall: 3 (3/18/2000)
It is nice.

User ID: TP2000   Thrill: Unrated  Theme: Unrated  Overall: 3 (2/8/2000)
The trains are looking very 1970's by todays standards and tend to clash with the brassy 1930's look of New Tomorrowland, but a fun and distinctively Disneyland experience.

User ID: arizonawildcat   Thrill: Unrated  Theme: Unrated  Overall: 1 (1/17/2000)
Boring, but the best way to get to DL hotel

User ID: damon63   Thrill: Unrated  Theme: Unrated  Overall: 3 (1/16/2000)
This attraction will benefit greatly by the developing resort outside the Magic Kingdom.

User ID: disneyfreak4099   Thrill: Unrated  Theme: Unrated  Overall: 4 (1/16/2000)
Personal Favorite

User ID: DL-2000   Thrill: Unrated  Theme: Unrated  Overall: 2 (1/8/2000)
Sitting in the cockpit is a great thrill and you get to hear all the gossip coming over the radio mo-bober.

User ID: TPA_RickWest   Thrill: Unrated  Theme: Unrated  Overall: 3 (1/4/2000)
Always a thrill when you get to ride in the cockpit of a Monorail! There is something terribly "Disney" when you see one of these sleek trains gliding above Submarine Lagoon or past the Main Entrance to the Park. All hail the Monorail! Total nuts can tell the different Monorail trains by the sound of their air horns, with Monorail Orange having the lowest, most "gutteral" horn of them all!
