The menu has changed slightly since I visited it last year. They offer everything on the menu a la carte now, so you're not limited to the choices for the 3 or 4 course menus, which they still have. Now you can substitute courses if you don't like the ones they offer, although certain dishes you sub will cost extra. Add up your first choices a la carte first, because the total might be cheaper or equal to their 3/4 course options, and you get what you want. It was my birthday so as a treat they sent a small dish of desserts which was delicious with the wine we ordered. Our server was very friendly and willing to assist us, prompt service. I guess weather can be an issue because seating is outdoor, so go on warmer days if you're sensitive. Very relaxing, quiet atmosphere (except if you're there during parades, although you get a good view from above), perfect if you need downtime from your frenetic day. Great view of the park, especially at night when the lights come on. Food looks good and tastes yummy, upscale and expensive (but worth it).

My parents and I made reservations to eat here as a graduation present. Our reservations were for 7:40, and we arrived early. We were seated late, and it took over thirty minutes for our server to stop by our table. It took over an hour to receive our first course, and the second course came directly in the middle of the Electrical Light Parade. The food was decent, but not inspired. Over all, it took over two hours for our meal, which ruined our later plans for the evening. In the end, what was supposed to be a memorable evening became so due to poor service and mediocre food.

For these prices, I expect a memorable dining experience. But, I didn't get it here. While the wines were very good, the food wasn't even interesting. We asked for recommendations to pair the wines with the food, but except for the dessert course, the recommendations didn't seem too successful to me.

I liked Napa Rose more and would probably go back there next time. It has a nicer atmosphere and the food is much better for approximately the same price.

We thoroughly enjoyed our dinner at the Vineyard Room. Our server was knowledgable, prompt and willing to offer every bit of assistance he was able. The food was wonderful and the flight of wines I tried was amazing! We had a great view of the Electrical Parade as well. I can't wait to go back.
We were there in October of 2003.

I'd say since Mondavi left the food and service have actually improved -- to my surprise! True, it can get danged cold up there even with the heaters on, but even with the cold my 8-year-old twins were just excited to try some great food and wait for the Electric Light Parade on our last visit. Chef came out and talked to us about his family, then had the kids make some "ear" pasta and he cooked them up with a butter sauce, just for the kids. They were so thrilled! I agree with other readers, however, that they should re-think the al fresco experience and put in some nice bay windows. (P.S. You'll find this review also for the Winery -- my mistake! I meant here!)

A friend dined here and said it was wonderful. $50 per person gets you a multiple course meal with two wine choices per course. Definitely upscale (but of course they expect resort wear) and a unique theme park experience.

The food was great, the service was great, the wines were excellent. We had a great experience and I would highly recommend it. It's a perfect break in a fast paced Disney day.

Very relaxing and relatively quiet dining experience smack dab in the middle of DCA...my only major recommendation for improvement....don't ride screamin' 30 minutes after eating here...you might feel a little lightheaded :<)
