Halloween Festival 2011
A weekend of ghouls and gourds is coming to the Downtown Disney District from October 28 to October 31, 2011. Stop on by and scare up some special activities including live music on the main stage, arts and crafts, a pumpkin patch and spooky surprises.

Learn the Thriller Dance
Location: Downtown Disney Main Stage
Date: Saturday, October 29, 2011 5:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.

Come to Downtown Disney District and take part in a "Thriller" of a Halloween performance. Guests all ages and skill levels are invited to come learn these famous steps at the Downtown Disney Main Stage.

Professional dance instructors will be on hand to teach the iconic choreography. Then, after a short break, get ready to perform your new moves in a 30 minute celebration of the classic 80's hit.

Pumpkin Patch
Location: The Grassy Area near the ESPN Zone
Dates: October 28 and 29, 2011 from 12:00 noon to 9:00 p.m.
October 30 and 31, 2011 from 12:00 noon to 8:00 p.m.

Purchase your Jack-O-Lantern and take pictures at this Harvest Season celebration.

Face Painting
Location: Letter Brush Art, Caricatures and Facepaint
Cost: $15 - $45 per person

Dia de los Muertos
Location: Tortilla Jo's 
Date: October 30, 2011 from 1:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.

Pay your respects at Tortilla Jo's Dia de los Muertos celebration. Entertainment includes live performances of Mariachi Divas, piñatas, face painting and other family activities.Make sure to try the homemade tamales!

Spooky Treats
Be on the lookout for treats throughout Downtown Disney District, including orange popcorn balls at Planet Popcorn and Halloween gourmet ice at Wetzel's Pretzels.

Beary Scary Costumes
Build-A-Bear Workshop is offering special costumes including pumpkin and witch bears, and the recently released Disney Villain collection of costumes.

Stompy Jones
Location: Downtown Disney District Main Stage
Date: November 5, 2011 6:00 to 10:00 p.m.

Put on your dancing shoes and head over to the Downtown Disney District main stage for a show from Stompy Jones. This San Francisco based sextet is renowned for their high-energy rhythms, hip charm and smooth retro style. Join these journeymen of jump as they deliver wailing jazz infused with swing stylings.
