The queue of Muppet*Vision 3D

Jim Henson’s Muppet*Vision 3D
Their description: Watch Kermit and his friends in 3-D
My description: This is still my favorite 3-D movie that I’ve ever seen. The fun starts with a clever and cute pre-show area that is detailed with corny jokes and puns. There are some neat supplemental effects that complement the 3-D footage.
I give Muppet Vision a 10 out of 10.

Superstar Limo

Superstar Limo
Their description: A wild ride through Los Angeles’ star-studded streets
My description: This is a strange one. The queue area is fairly boring outside, except for some corny jokes played over the PA system. Inside the jokes continue and you walk past screens of Joan Rivers reporting from Hollywood. The animation used for Joan Rivers and the manager later is very strange, and I’m not quite sure what process they used. Once you get on the narration starts with, "Keep your hands, arms and egos inside the car." The rest of the ride is a very cheesy and almost drug-induced look at different parts of California. Along the way you see some strange animatronic figures of Hollywood stars. There are a lot of puns and word play abound on the ride, enough to ride several trips to catch it all. I really enjoyed Superstar Limo, but I’m kinda biased towards dark rides.
I give it a 7 out of 10.

The Golden Zephyr in Paradise Pier

Paradise Pier Attractions:
Overall these attractions are the same as what you would expect. This is Disney’s version of a seaside amusement park and a very bare-bones version at that. There are a lot of problems with this area. The queues have no themeing, the rides have bad capacity and the crowd control can be bad sometimes. I am biased against the carnival atmosphere, as I do not enjoy it (even Disney’s version) at all. I have not been on California Screamin’ or Maliboomer, so I do not have a review of them. I don’t like Ferris Wheels so I don’t see a need to rate this one. There are a few things I liked about the area. I enjoyed the King Triton’s Carrousel, because of the beauty of the craftsmanship on the vehicles. Unfortunately, there’s a smoking area right next to it that really decreased my enjoyment. The Orange Stinger is more fun than it looks, and the cute sound effects of bees is a nice touch. It easily is my favorite attraction in Paradise Pier.

Here are the ratings of the rides I went on:
Golden Zephyr a 4 out of 10
Jumpin’ Jellyfish a 4 out of 10
Mullholland Madness a 3 out of 10
Orange Stinger a 4 out of 10
