Keith James - President of the Themed Entertainment Association kicked everything off.
After chapter one, there was a presentation that briefly gave tribute to some of the significant members of the industry who passed away in the past year, such as Buddy Baker, Ward Kimball, Bill Evans, Chuck Jones, William Hanna, and Lew Wasserman.
Bernadette Bowman and Dave Cobb assumed alter egos in a parody of the Universal Studios
Tram Tour…
:…and went into the audience, acknowledging Carol Mumford in one of their jokes. Both
Bernadette and Dave actually worked the Tram Tour in years past. Bernadette went on to
work for Universal Creative for five years now works at Kurtti-Pellerin. Dave helped write
the ceremony and has worked on many key projects during his time with and since Landmark
Entertainment Group.
