Misc Items from Disney-MGM Studios
- The Backstage Pass attraction now includes the Home Improvement sets in a stage area following the Jim Henson Creature Shop stage. An audience member is taken to do a skit with Tim Allen from one of the episodes. The set includes a portion of the Tool Time set, part of the Taylor kitchen, dining room and backyard. Stage 1 still has sets from the discontinued Mortal Kombat Conqest show. Stage 2 is the home of the Z Games for the Disney Channel. Stage 3 is home for a new PBS show for children called Dooley and Friends. It is about a couple of aliens that land in the backyard of some kids and shows their adventures. The show is scheduled to begin airing in March on select PBS markets.
- Changes to the Animation Tour: Once you make it into the room with the artist, there are various pictures on the walls, one from each of the following: Fantasia/2000, Tarzan, Dinosaur, Emperor's New Groove (formerly called Kingdom in the Sun). The art work in the Studio area contains work for the above as well as a production called: Disney's John Henry. The main focus is on the Emperor's New Groove and they do talk about that movie as you walk through.
