Notes and Events from Around the World
- At the Magic Kingdom, Timekeeper and the Keel Boats are currently closed and are not listed on current guide maps.
- The Fifth Annual Seafood Alaska Festival will take place at Fulton's Crab House from May15-June 15.
- Alan Traynor, known as "The Egg Man" will be at the Conch Flats General Store at Old Key West Resort, May 25-28 from 3-7p and 8-10p.
- Asian Pacific Day will be celebrated in the lobby of the Polynesian Resort on May 26 from 10am-3pm. Include are a fashion show, lei making, hula dancing, face painting and other Polynesian entertainment.
- Atlantic Dance at the Boardwalk has begun focusing more on Latin dance
with their new schedule:
- Sundays-Oldies Dance Party (Music from the 1950s, 60s and 70s)
- Mondays-World Beat Dance Party (Music from a variety of cultures)
- Tuesdays-Latin Dance Party
- Wednesdays-Retro Dance Party (Music from 1970s, 80s and 90s)
- Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays - Latin Nights featuring live Latin bands
