Test and Adjust
"Test and Adjust", that is (it's commonly shortened to just T & A).  It's is the process an attraction goes through after its construction is complete and all that's left to do is work out the bugs.

This situation makes my life easy.   Instead of have to type out a big list of what attractions at DisneySea are currently undergoing T & A, it's nice and simple - They all are.

So far, from what I've been able to learn, things are going well, even on highly complex attractions such as Journey to the Center of the Earth (which people are going crazy with the praise over) and 20,000 Leagues Under the Sea (also receiving rave reviews).

But I still haven't learned why they drained the water out of Aquatopia...

The First Family
The first ducks, four babies and their mother have taken up residence in the waters of DisneySea.

Their move-in coincides with the time that more color is to be added to the parks giant circular body of water.  The  dye is harmless to them, but workers were cautioned at a recent morning assembly to be extra careful about keeping garbage out of the water.  The additional dye will make it impossible to see trash at the bottom of the sea so, now that the ducks have moved in, it's even more important to keep the water clean.

OLSea
As of May 9th, OLC took control of the backstage docks which store the Transit Steamer Line ships, the Porto Paridiso Water Carnival (parade) floats, the four DisneySea Symphony fountain/light units, the twenty or so dolphins (stylized motorized piloted personal watercraft based dolphins), and various worker boats.  Last month the sea itself came under the jurisdiction of OLC, not the various contractors in charge of each area, as it had been.  That means it's done.

Maybe if you were Japanese...
Unlike the rest of the country, many Imagineers had to work during Japan's April 28th - May 6th Golden Week holiday.  There's little time (especially in Area 2) and even less money left in the budget for downtimes.  So it was off to work for most at WDI while the rest of the country just plain shut down for the week.

A general time frame of this Summer has been announced for the opening of the Tokyo Disney Resort Welcome Center (it's actually expected to open the same day as the monorail).  The Welcome Center is located between Maihama train station and Ikspiari.  Its lower level will serve guests staying at the Disney brand hotels and the Official Hotels. Among other conveniences, hotel guests will be able to drop off their luggage and check in to their respective hotel at the location.  Its upper level will provide an information service very similar to Main Street House (City Hall).

As can be seen in the picture below, construction is moving right along.
