Ticket Prices and Visiting Options for Tokyo Disneyland and Tokyo DisneySea

All prices are in Japanese Yen.   As of the May 24th, 2001 writing of this 1 U.S. dollar was equal to 120 Japanese Yen.

Adult = 18 and over / Junior = 12-17 / Child = 4-11 / There is no admission charge for children 3 and under.

1 Day Passport - A 1 day ticket to either Tokyo Disneyland or Tokyo DisneySea.  Guests must specify at time of purchase which park they intend to visit. 1 Day Passport price - Adult - 5500 / Junior - 4800 / Child  - 3700

2 Day Passport - A 2 day ticket which includes admission to Tokyo Disneyland and Tokyo DisneySea.  Guests must specify at time of purchase which day they intend to visit which park.  Guests may choose to visit only one of the parks on their 2 specified days.  2 Day Passport price - Adult - 9800 / Junior - 8600 / Child  - 6700

3 Day Passport - A 3 day ticket which includes admission to Tokyo Disneyland and Tokyo DisneySea.  Guests must specify at time of purchase which day they intend to visit which park.  Guests may choose to visit only one of the parks on their 2 specified days.  Guests have the option of visiting either or both park(s) (park hopping) on their 3rd day.  3 Day Passport price - Adult - 13700 / Junior - 12000 / Child  - 9300

4 Day Passport - A 4 day ticket which includes admission to Tokyo Disneyland and Tokyo DisneySea.  Guests must specify at time of purchase which day they intend to visit which park.  Guests may choose to visit only one of the parks on their 2 specified days.  Guests have the option of visiting either or both park(s) (park hopping) on their 3rd and 4th day.  4 Day Passport price - Adult - 17200 / Junior - 15100 / Child  - 11600

6 Month Advance Tickets / Disney and Official Hotels
One can ensure entry to Tokyo Disneyland and Tokyo DisneySea and by booking reservations up to six months in advance at the Ambassador, MiraCosta, or one of the five Official Hotels. Guests staying at any of these hotels are guaranteed entry into either park, even if the parks have ceased admitting other ticket holders due to capacity crowds.  Tickets are available for every day of a guest's stay, including day of check out.  A limit of one ticket may be purchased on each day by each hotel guest.

6 Month Advance Tickets / Group Sales
Groups of 25 or more can purchase tickets up to six months in advance of the desired day(s) of visit through the Tokyo Disney Resort group sales office by dialing (from the U.S. first dial 011- 81 then) 045-683-3101.  Only single day tickets are available through group sales.  Discounts which normally apply to tickets purchased through group sales will be suspended for tickets which allow entrance to Tokyo DisneySea from September 4th through the end of that month.  Beyond that time a group discount of 10% will be available on weekdays only.  It has not yet determined when discounts will again become available for weekend group sales tickets.

The following applies to single and multi-day tickets for both parks and all tickets are subject to availability :

3 Month Advance Tickets
Tickets can be purchased up to three months in advance of the desired day(s) of visit through travel agents.  Be warned, some travel agents charge an acquisition fee.

1 Month Advance Tickets
Tickets can be purchased up to one month in advance of the desired day(s) of visit through the Tokyo Disney Resort Ticket Center (Hibiya Mitsui Bldg. 1-1-2 Yurakucho Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo) between the hours of 10:00am and 7:00pm, at the ticket window of either park (DisneySea fter September 4th), or at the great majority of Japan Railway stations.

Day of Visit
Tickets can be purchased at the ticket windows of either park for either park on the day(s) of visit.

Annual Passports
An Annual Passport, which allows entrance and unlimited use of all attractions at Tokyo Disneyland (with the exception of the Shootin' Gallery) on all days, except the evening of New Year's Eve, can be purchased for 40,000 yen for those between the ages of 12 - 17 and for 28,500 yen for those between the ages of 4 - 11.

It has not yet determined whether it will be possible to apply the cost of multi-day tickets to the purchase of a Tokyo Disneyland Annual Passport.  (There are currently no plans to offer an annual pass to Tokyo DisneySea.)

Phone Orders
It is not possible to order or reserve individual tickets for Tokyo Disneyland or Tokyo DisneySea by phone.

Disney Store Tickets
Most Disney Stores in Japan sell one day tickets to Tokyo Disneyland which are undated and are good for one year from the time they were delivered to a particular Disney Store (they are usually good for over 11 months from the time of purchase.  Tickets to Tokyo DisneySea are currently not available through Disney Stores.
