A Pirates of the Caribbean 'wrap' will adorn the Kodak No. 4 car during the Pepsi 400 at Daytona International Speedway on July 5. Disney and Kodak also will host a Pirates of the Caribbean show car at the movie's premiere at Disneyland in Los Angeles. During the week of July 7, the show car will be on display at Walt Disney World in Orlando.

Gemstone Publishing will introduce the first two monthly comics, Walt Disney Comics and Stories and Uncle Scrooge, in June at $6.95. The first bi-monthly, Donald Duck Adventures ($7.95), will debut in July, with two additional monthlies, Donald Duck and Friends and Mickey Mouse and Friends ($2.95) hitting the shelves in September.

Under the agreement, ABC Cable Networks Group will provide Cablevision with original series programming from the Channel's Playhouse Disney programming block for preschoolers such as Rolie Polie Olie and Stanley as well as Disney Channel Original Movies and original series for kids and tweens including Lizzie McGuire and The Proud Family. Offered as a stand-alone, a la carte SVOD package, the programming will be updated on a monthly basis and will be uniquely packaged and scheduled. The Disney Channel On Demand SVOD package will consist of over 25 hours of programming and will be priced at $4.95 per month.
