The Boardwalk Inn and Villas are themed to the waterfront villages of the 1940s. Their prime location (a short walk to Epcot and right on the Boardwalk) make them popular.

Resort Layout
The Boardwalk Villas are a single building resort. The lobby is located in the main area with the Boardwalk Inn on the other side. All restaurants are located outside the building on the Boardwalk itself except for the lounge. The pool is located on the Boardwalk Villa side. There is also a quiet pool.

Studio: Four guests maximum, plus one child under age 3 in a crib. Studios feature kitchenette with microwave oven, under-counter refrigerator, wet bar, coffee maker, ceiling fan, TV, hair dryer and high-speed internet access. Private porch or balcony. One queen-size bed and a double-size sleeper sofa. The average studio offers 359 square feet of living space.

One Bedroom: Four guests maximum, pls one child under age 3 in a crib. Features a fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, ceiling fans, TV in each room and VCR in the living room. Master suite features a king-size bed, a whirlpool tub, hair dryer and high-speed internet access. Queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room. Private porch or balcony. 712 square feet of living space.

Two Bedroom: Eight guests maximum, plus one child under age 3 in a crib. Features a fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, ceiling fans, TV in each room and VCR in the living room. Master suite features a king-size bed, a whirlpool tub, hair dryer and high-speed internet access. Additional bedroom offers private bath with hair dryer, queen-size bed and double-size sleeper sofa. Queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room. Private porch or balcony. 1,072 square feet of living space.
