1. WE HAVE CHANGED OUR LOCATION!!!
No longer at the Anaheim Sheraton - due to Hotel Refurbishment we have had to switch over
to our new port of call -
ANAHEIM MARRIOTT SUITES. (Contact information provided at the end of this message.)
We are signing the contract for the facilities this coming week (June 27th, 2003).
There are a few conference changes that this creates.
A. MEMBERSHIP IS LIMITED TO 80 PEOPLE. We have 40 memberships left to sell -
just 40. No more, no less - 40.
At the price of $ 45.00 for the weekend, this is a steal. Please - wait no longer
and get your registration in now! The paid memberships cover the cost of producing
this show, and we still need to meet the balance of the site rental and audio-visual
needs. The Expo is happening, it won't be cancelled. GET THOSE PAID
MEMBERSHIPS IN NOW! This is a first-come/first-serve line, folks....and 40

B. Member room rates have gone up to $ 109.00 per night at the Marriott. This
is an "All-Suite" hotel - and, let me tell you, the rooms are gorgeous.
Each room offers living room with seperate bedroom, mini-fridge, writing desk, two
telephone with data ports, two televisions, voice mail - and more! The hotel also
offers an outdoor pool, whirlpool, health and fitness club, game room, room service and
more. If you need lower cost lodgings in the area, ample other hotels and
motels are in the area. IMPORTANT - WE MUST BOOK 10 ROOMS FRIDAY NIGHT AND 10
ROOMS SATURDAY NIGHT to receive this discount rate. Please let us know when you
register by Email if you will be staying on site or not. We have to sign the
contract by the end of this week (June 27th) and want to commit to the best contract and
room-rate possible for our members!
C. The Marriott is about one mile south of Disneyland on Harbor Blvd - and has
shuttles going to and from the Park every 30 minutes.
D. Goodies at the Marriott - Contemporary Chinese Dining, a lobby lounge for light
breakfast, lunch, and dinner(as well as cocktails), a Starbucks attached to the lobby, and
four or more major restaurants in the immediate area - including: JOE'S CRABHOUSE, RED
ROBIN'S GOURMET HAMBURGERS, GARCIA'S MEXICAN, OUTBACK STEAKHOUSE, and more!
