SECRET AGENT MM
SERVICE: SINCE 1928
STATUS: STAR MATERIAL
SECURITY RISK: CONFIDENTIAL
LAST SEEN: HOLLYWOOD PICTURES BACKLOT DISTRICT

SECRET AGENT MM WAS LAST SEEN IN THE BACKLOT TAKING PICTURES OF HOLLYWOOD MEMORABILIA. THE NEXT THING WE KNEW, SECRET AGENT MM WAS GONE. USE THE FOLLOWING DECODER TO DETERMINE WHERE OUR BELOVED AGENT WAS LAST SEEN STRIKING A POSE TO CONTINUE ON TO THE NEXT PHASE OF YOUR MISSION.

Conferring with Doobie we decided we needed to head over to Gone Hollywood. However there was also a numeric code at the bottom of this clue to give us an extra hand in finding the location. As we walked through the Sun Court to the Hollywood Pictures Backlot I enjoyed listening to the numerous guests who were singing along with the Beach Boys tune California Girls that was playing. And I noticed a new bottle topper for sale at the popcorn cart. It looks like an antenna ball but can substitute for the screw cap on your soda or water bottle. I considered buying it but decided to stay focused on the Mission. Liza, who was working this location, welcomed the “secret agents”. Having once again found the correct location, we had our Mission card stamp. Inside Gone Hollywood Gina encouraged us to enjoy the rest of our mission.

Hmmm…I wonder where we should go now. I must admit the idea of trekking all the way back over to Paradise Pier had me a bit concerned. I didn’t want to walk back and forth across the Park a lot but Kim assured me the next three clues were all over that way. Good planning! As we approached the designated location in front of Treasures in Paradise, Madhavi asked if she was hard to find and stamped our mission card. Inside Fernanda offered us three of the pins to sift through. I know that many collect the pins as a type of investment and hope to resell them in the future or pass them along to kids and such to fund their education. I just liked the images but it was nice of her to let me pick the pin I thought looked the best. She even wrapped my pin in paper before putting it the merchandise bag. As we left the store I noticed some of the limited edition DCA pins of the month were still available…the pin with the Jumping Jellyfish and the pin with Grizzly. But now it was off to Mission: E. Doobie was seated by Avalon Cove so I pulled out the Mission card and read it to him.
