You Can Fly! The Making of Peter Pan Featurette:
This program, originally produced for the 1998 video release of the film, spans the history of Peter Pan from James M. Barrie's original stage play up to and including the production of the animated classic.

The Peter Pan Story Featurette:
The original 1952 black and white theatrical promotional featurette is an early version of the "making of" features of today. It even includes a storyboard run thru of the "Elegant Captain Hook" song.

An Exclusive Look at Return to Neverland:
Sneak preview of the current sequel.

Peter Pan Still Frame Gallery:
The usual Abandoned Concepts, Character Development (of only Peter, Hook, Wendy and Tink though) and Visual Development (featuring Mary Blair's stunning color renditions) are included ... and nothing else. Where's background paintings? Promotional artwork? Live action reference stills? Final character keys? Theme park attractions? Original merchandise? What a lost opportunity ...

"Following the Leader" Sing-Along Song:
I'm not sure of the validity of including these on DVDs, especially if it's a murky print like this one with no onscreen lyrics save for a cheesy insert.

Peter's Playful Prank DVD Storybook:
Hosted by a too-adult-sounding, overacting Wendy, this short features scenes from the movie to tell to a story that can be read-along with or without narration. Strictly for kids.

Pirate Treasure Hunt Game:
Using your remote, make your way through the Neverland map to answer trivia questions about the movie. Pirate facts are dispensed along the way, but when you get to the treasure chest, it opens up to reveal ... the features menu. How ... rewarding.

Toon Talk Rating: B-
