According to Variety, Hulu has hired Tim Connolly as head of Hulu’s distribution team as Hulu rebuilds following the decision not to sell the company. Disney owns a third of Hulu with Comcast and 21st Century Fox owning the rest.
Most recently Tim Connolly was VP of digital video distribution and new product development for Disney. He worked on digital distribution of Disney’s television networks. He also played a pivotal role in the launch of the WATCH apps that allow authenticated viewers watch ESPN, Disney Channel, Disney XD, Disney Junior, ABC Family, and ABC.
