Structure and Surface Parking
The Walk to the South Entrance Gates
If DisneySea holds true to the numbers established by Tokyo Disneyland, less than 30% of the park's guests will arrive by car. With such an extensive and well run (to say the least) rail system in Japan, it's mainly families living outside the Tokyo area who, due to their children, find that the convenience of traveling by car outweighs the inconvenience of traffic, longer travel time, and expense of toll roads and parking.
Notice the prominence of the English text in the Parking lot signs. An early indication to guests that they're not in Japan anymore.

A right turn takes one up the ramp leading to the massive parking structure, and left turn
