Secret Service agents arrested a man staying at Disney’s Art of Animation Resort in Walt Disney World who was allegedly running a credit card fraud operation. According to WFTV, Fabio Valdarnini had checked into the hotel for a two-week stay. Valdarnini then used the card he checked in with to spend an “excessive amount” at Disney Springs. These transactions led Disney security to visit the room where the man was staying. When no one answered, they entered the room to find credit cards throughout the room, prompting a call to Secret Service. Agents discovered approximately $5,000 in fraudulent purchases, dozens of cards, and a card encoder in the room. Valdarnini is reportedly being held at the Orange County Jail.
