You’ve seen the meme. And I’m sure this is how you picture Walt Disney World’s Magic Kingdom being transformed for the holiday season…

Of course, that’s not how it actually happens. It takes hard work, lots of cast members, large vehicles, cranes, all under the cover of darkness, to turn Not-So-Scary into Very Merry overnight. This video shows an incredible time lapse of the conversion in 2012. Wouldn’t you love to be invited to watch some day?
