Thanks to the Staff and Contributors
I always worry about this part. The core staff of LaughingPlace.com isn't very large. But the list of- those who've directly contributed in one way or another grows on a regular basis. And they all deserve recognition for what they do and have done to make this site a success. So below is a list, as best as I could come up with, of everyone who has contributed directly to LaughingPlace.com over the past two years. If I left you out, please forgive me. Better yet - email me, give me a virtual whack on the head, and I'll add your name to the list:

Barry Allender, Bob Barber, Josh Benton, Marc Borrelli, Michael Broggie, James D., Alastair Dallas, John Frost, Scott Garner, Ramon Godoy, Bob Gurr, James Hensley, John-Michael Hensley, Jim Hill, Kirby Holt, Stuart Kuramoto, Daniel Kaplan, Rachel Kaplan, Allison Keaney, Heather LaFlame, Kaz Liput, LuLu, Michelle M., Dave Mastanich, Richard Mastanich, Stephanie Mastanich, Doug Marsh, Nick Morgan, Tim O'Day, Adam Pedersen, Ken Pellman, Paul Perrello, Chris Peters, Kim Petersen, Mike Pucher, Quentin, Chris Reed, Sean Ribblett, Marion Rosenblum, Susie Schurman, Chris Scott, Michelle Smith, Marc Spignese, Lee Suggs, Sunita, Linda Yatsko, Matthew Walker, Rick West, Stacey Wright and the one or two people who wish to remain completely anonymous.

Rebekah and I sincerely thank all of you for making LaughingPlace.com what it is.

Thanks to Disney
I've never publicly done this one before and I should have. Thank you to the Walt Disney Company for everything. Thank you Walt and Roy for creating this incredible company. Thank you to all the artists, engineers, office workers, park Cast Members and the rest that built it into what is has become. And thank you to today's caretakers - 120,000 worldwide - who put their heart into upholding Walt's legacy.

And a particular thank you to the people we encounter on a regular basis, especially the kind people of Press and Publicity and Merchandising. Merchandising has been very good in getting us information so we can pass it on to our readers. And the kind people of Press and Publicity have always treated us with the utmost respect even though we're "just a Disney site" (my words, not theirs).

And a special thank you to Cynthia Harriss and Paul Pressler for making yourselves available to us and - through us - available to some of the parks' biggest fans.

Thanks to the Readers
And last, but certainly not least, I have to thank all of you - the readers. None of this would be possible without the thousands of people that visit LaughingPlace.com every day. Over the years I've gotten to know many of you and made some great friendships. It's really a very nice bunch of people around here. I know every site owner says this, but I'm going to say it anyway - LaughingPlace.com readers are the best in the world!

Readers play an obvious role in making the site successful - without them there is no site. And readers also make the Discussion Boards happen. But there's a less obvious role that's vitally important and that's the feedback we receive. Every day we receive tons of email with praise, criticism, suggestions, questions and everything in between. While we don't exactly enjoy the criticism, we do value it and use it to make the site better. If you've ever hesitated to send negative email to us, please don't because we want to know what you're thinking. You can even send it anonymously via our Feedback form. Fire away - it's ok with us.

But the praise we receive - "thank you", "keep up the great work", "I felt like I was there", "your pictures made me plan a visit"  - really does fuel us. I don't mean to sound like I'm begging for praise, I just want you to know that it is greatly appreciated and we never tire of it. I can't tell you how many times I've received some positive feedback that made my day.

Running LaughingPlace.com is a pleasure because of people like you. And we hope to do it for many years to come.

On behalf of Rebekah and the entire staff of LaughingPlace.com - thank you  for an incredible two years.

Doobie.
