While not as charming as the original, this version of the Tiki Room is still fun and a welcome air-conditioned rest on a busy day.

In an attempt to modernize the show for today's audiences, a lot of the original's show charm has been lost. It's unique enough though to be worth seeing after you've hit most of the major attractions or if you need to take a rest off your feet.

Of course it's not as good as the original, but it's also not as bad as most people claim it to be. Overall, it's a fun way to beat the heat for 10 minutes.

I personally do not like this attraction. It's a fun show to watch but the lighting effects and loud music give me an awful headache everytime I see it. If you're sensitive like me to that sort of thing consider skipping this attraction.

this was the worst ride i ever been on. the birds were way too loud, and the tiki gods scared my children.i liked the old version MUCH better than this rubbish.

In their attempt to update this attraction, Disney has made the Tiki Room seem more dated than the original! At least the original program is still at Anaheim...

It's an entertaining show and a good escape from the heat, but with all the strobe lights and loud music you may enjoy an asprin better than the show.

Check your brain at the door; suspend any critical reasoning capabilities; willingly lower you IQ; ignore the lame music and corny jokes;, maybe even take some powerful cold medication and I'll bet you'll just LOVE this one. Hey, amusement is king!!!

It's still good but the oroginal was better imo. This is a little less boring though I guess but it doesn't feel right..maybe if Iago and Zazu were less involved and were more to scale with the other birds....I maen isn't Iago a parrot like all the other birds? Why is he 6x bigger? heh oh well...lower Iago's volume too geez, it used to be relaxing to sit in there now it's a little irritating.

Decent, but the original was much better. It was cheesy at times, but classic and likeable. Iago and Zazu are annoying, needs original songs

It is alright. But all the foucs is mostly on Iago and Zazu.Not on Jose Micael and Fritz and Pierre the four bearly say anything!But it is alrigt but I have to say I like oriegnal better!Sorry WDW

The Tiki room has been revamped and it still isn't very exciting. Even with ZaZu and Iago it's long and pretty boring. See it once, and that is more then enough

I used to love this show when I was younger but since it got new management the show focused on Zazu and Iago and not the tropical birds.

If the lines are short, see it! It's not a major attraction, but it's cute. The update makes the attraction more 'hip' for the modern age.

The new changes are awful. The cartoony birds detroy the wonderful mood the more realistic birds created. I hope it is changed back very soon.

Good revamp in someways. The old attraction was charming, but this has a good storyline. Great for kids who like Aladdin or Lion King

While some members of our party liked this new version of the Tiki Room, I found it to be loud and obnoxious. The Zazu and Iago AAs were out of place with the more life-like Jose and Michael. I truly hope that "Under New Management" never makes it to DL.

The Enchanted Tiki Birds has gone from a pleasant excursion to the South Seas "Disney Style", to bumpy, obnoxious, disappointed labor. Iago's and Zazu's characters really contribute to ruining the show in my opinion. They're come off to loud, and worst of all interrupt the main song. Where can I find a video of the original show?

The New Tiki Room show is funny and enjoyable. Some of the jokes will make no sense to people who have not seen the old version. While I preffer the old version better the new one is still entertaining and fun.... if you have an open mind about change at Disney. If you are steadfast ooposed to change I would skip it.

I agree that this is not one of WDWs most exciting attractions, but I have a warm spot for it because I remember seeing it when I first went to WDW 17 years ago. I enjoyed the old show, mostly because my family had an audio tape of MK songs, and I could sing along with the entire show. I do miss that aspect, but I found the new show funnier and a little less cheesy. I did buy the new CD of WDW songs that has the new Tiki Room song on it, so this year when I go I'll be able to sing along with the new songs, also.

I rather enjoyed the new Tiki Room..I'm a native Californian, and I know the original like the back of my hand..so it was a nice switch..however, I truely wished they would of used original characters never before seen as the new managers..because they really don't fit in with the other birds in many ways. They already have their place in Disney History, not to mention they are too cartoony still to fit in with the rest of the birds. The new show is a good idea, but Zazu and Iago really should be removed.

I love both versions of the Tiki Room, old and new. Each has it's own style and uniqueness. It also makes it fun to have the 2 different shows because it means there is something to look forward to at both DL and WDW. And yes, the WDW does seem a bit dated but in some ways the old one is dated too. Just enjoy each for what it is, and that is merely entertainment.

I loved the old show and the history behind it, but judging by the number of people that used to get up and walk out throughout the performance, I might have been in the minority. I was pleasantly surprised by the new show and make sure I see it whenever I'm in the MK. (I've seen it a dozen times and don't ever remember guests walking out on this version.)

I thought the original show was okay. Maybe I saw it too many times growing up in the Matterhorn's shadow. But this show is less cutesy-poo, which made me like it more. Rarely does Disney show any sort of edge. Here they've showed a micro-edge.

This new show has some impressive effects in the goddess "Polynesia", and enjoys much better audio and lighting than the Disneyland original. Unfortunately, they have used the improved technology to present a cynical, tacky and insulting show. The new music is mid 1990's pop music that has already dated the attraction and grates on one's nerves. To poke fun at the original Tiki Room show and Walt Disney's personal and profesional triumph seems mean spirited and extremely low class. (What's next, Great Moments with Jerry Springer?) Disneyland regulars will probably hate it, other newcomers may merely tolerate it.

A crude adaptation of the original Disneyland Classic. This new show is truly for the birds.
