The most entertaining way to snack on a piece of sourdough bread that I know of!

Funny little show thats worth a walk through if you have the time. If you have to choose between this and the next-door Mission Tortilla Factory tour definitely go with the Mission tour.

Fun, funny, interesting, and VERY tasty. You must stop and check it out. I was reading some posts on the tortilla factory and someone made a very good point. It's good that they aren't all E ticket rides. Check it out.

We enjoyed the tour. Short line, friendly cast, interesting presentation, free samples. What's not to like??
Sure, it isn't an E-ticket, but does every attraction have to be?

Great, now i get free food. Cool, disney need to work on their fun-o-gram but this is a great to see how bread is made and how much disney would turn DCA in to a mini EPCOT.

You know, despite the DREADFUL video commentary, it actually surprised me at how interesting it was. I didn't know that the bacteria that causes the San Francisco Sour Dough flavor was patented. But the bummer is that this is something in a "World Class" Amusement park and not the Los Angeles Natural History Museum. Nice Going Disney The free bread that I ate wasn't the only reason I had a sour taste in my mouth after this so-called attraction.

Interesting demo, and you cant go wrong with free food.

Most entertaining factory tour in the park (not saying much). Rosie O'Donnell and Colin Mockery's video banter kept it fun. The tour was reasonably brief and informative. We had to go around the corner after the tour and pick up a few Mickey Mouse loaves to take home!

An edutainment exhibit worth at least one visit.
Rosie, seen from various television monitors, gives this a little zing. Do yourself a favor, though, .... keep an open mind, & don't expect much in this 5 to 7 minute presentation.

Well, I like French Bread and have had San Francisco Sourdough for years. I just don't think you can make this interesting enough. Kids liked fresh tortila's better across the way.

Love the video! It made it a lot more fun, and the bread sample we got was very tasty!

A surprisingly entertaining attraction! Although I cannot stand Rosie O'Donnell, Colin from "Whose Line..." MORE than made up for it during the video presentation. The tour is actually very informative in addition to being somewhat entertaining.

While the video was funny, I think they should give you a sample piece of bread at the end of the tour. Otherwise, what's the point? I know how to make bread.

Very... educational. Colin Mochrie was very funny in the video.

Only one on the tour. Good information, but the girl behind the window seemed to be mocking me. She kept smiling a fake smile at me, and then would stop smiling and look away. I think she was recently told to smile at the guests, very fake!

Best of the tours.
