I think this is 1 of the best rides in the world. usually when i ride once and ride it again, i'm not sacred. but this is different. it scares the guests out of pure, pshcological terror.the atmosphere is amazing,it makes the ride feel so real!the reason y ur falling faster than the speed of gravity is bc ur being pulled down.i think it would be so cool if they had a restaurant in there!

OMG, this was such an amazing ride! I was so scared to go on it, and almost didn't, but thanks to my dad I did. After riding it the first time I went on it seven more times. Because of this ride, I always get a park hopper ticket, cause it's my all-time favorite!!

Disneylands gets you to the drops faster, but MGM's has more ambience and great drop views(Mickey water tower etc)...so get a fasspass, say hi to Rod and get ready to ZONE OUT...TOT is the best on either coast.

whenever i am in the line, i suddenly get very, very,very,VERY,scared. but when i get on the ride i am not frightened anymore.then the drops come.wow.then i think this is the best ride and i go in the line again.then the cycle restarts.

This might be my favorite ride at MGM. I grew up watching the Twilight Zone and this ride is another dream come true for me. It wasn't at all what I thought it would be, with the trip "into... the Twilight Zone." I didn't expect the theming... but the drop was everything I hoped it would be. I think we dropped like six times. Loved it.

BEST DROP RIDE IN THE WORLD! The everything from the queue line to the ride leaves you in awe. Disney should just go ahead and make this the symbol of MGM. It's more memorable that that stupid hat.

I liked the dropping part of this ride... that didn't scare me at all. What really creeped me out and I really didn't like was the inside that you have to walk through!!! I wonder if there is any way to just get on the ride without having to walk through. I had to hold my dance teacher's hand I was so scared!!!!! That part is too much!!!!

This is one of the best rides in all of Disney World and equally any park I've been to. I actually think my favorite part of the ride occurs before I even step foot into the elevator. The 1930's music playing eerily through the fog gets me excited everytime, it's such a great, spooky atmosphere. Plus the Serling intro is just great. The ride is fantastic too of course :) Theme + Thrill = Amazing!

This is by far the best ride on Disney property. It is also the scariest. Mission: Space would be a close second. The attention to details, the showmanship, the special effects, and the scariness of it all make it an experience that give this attraction cult status. They keep making this attraction better, and the current version (number four) pushes it to the limits.

i rode it again in december 2002...and i was flying off my seat....i get sooo freaked out...the thing is...my grandma is afraid of heights and she still went on...and her eyes were closed and she was holding on for dear life....i was worried about her...but the ride is safe and soo damn thrilling...you'd want to go again(which wouldn't be a surprise).

I loved this ride! One of the best at Disney! It ranks along with Pirates of the Caribbean and Haunted Mansion- not a usual thing for a rather new ride. Sure to be a classic in years to come; a must-ride.

Absolutely magnificent, though don't ride it too many times in a row or you might end up a little loopy. Twice in a row was enough for me. :) If you wind up in the correct shaft, look for the ventriloquist's dummy from TTZ in the left side of the shaft before you exit.

I was not a fan of thrill rides until I got on board the service elevator at the HTH. This by far was my favorite ride at WDW (w/ Haunted Mansion right along with it). My first ride, I was being lifted off the seat from the drops, screaming my head off ... but after awhile, I wanted to go again, and I did just before the park closed on my last day there. A CM rode with us, just looking at me, and laughing almost demonically. Totally in character, saying he has been there "since 1939." After that second ride, I was laughing, and jumping around like a little kid. If I could, I would rate the ride a FIVE instead of a Four.

This ride might have the best scenery in the park. A ton of work was obviously put into this one and its more than worth it. The wait is FOREVER so make sure and Fastpass it only!!! It is easily the scariest ride of all Disney theme parks in the world.

It took lots of courage to get on this one, I hate elevators. I was blown away with the level of detail in the lobby. WoW! That alone was worth getting into that elevator. I wish that Disney still put that level of theming in it's parks.

This is the best ride ever created by Disney imagineers. i have wanted to Transferfrom my curret location to Tower for a while now. Two cast members Vin and Steve G. are the Best Bellhops and will always be the best in my book. they have always been the most entertaining and work extreamly hard to keep up the feel of what is the Tower of Terror. I have always enjoyed this ride since it opened and I am in awe at its magnificance.

Pirates, Space Mountain, Splash Mountain, Haunted Mansion, Tower O' Terror. Destined to become another Disney classic, this ride shows again that when Disney pays attention, they can really do something amazing. Don't go for the drop - or just for the drop. Check out the lobby. Check out the basement. Check out the outside! Listen to the story, watch the special effects, and wonder - "How the HECK did they DO that?!" But like with all good magic tricks, don't try to find out. Just enjoy!

Great ride with great theming. The best part about this ride is that over the past few years, Disney has added more drops and their randomized, so you don't get the same effect everytime you ride. Putting this ride next to the R&R Coaster is fabulous 1-2 punch at the MGM.

This is the best ride at WDW! The theming in the lobby is utterly amazing, I love to just look around when I'm waiting to enter the library. If you don't have a fear of heights or turbulence/sudden drops and thrive on thrilling sensations, this is likely the attraction for you. I am *not* one of those people - my knees were like jelly for 20 to 30 minutes afterward! I will say, though, that the theming is top notch.

INCREDIBLE! Disney has "perfected" the themed thrill ride (IMO) on this one. A combination of Theming, Atmosphere, Mystery, Intrigue, Suspense and of course, FEAR! I sure hope that DCA Gets a version of this (and that they do it right too!)

I've been on this ride 4 times, but I can't stand it. The effects are great--I love the first part of the ride. One of the best I've seen. I'm very afraid of heights, though, so I can't stand the end. Even if you're afraid of heights you should give it a try...once should be fine.

This is the best ride I have ever been on! I like free-falls, so to get to free-fall four times, then go back up at the same speed, along with great special effects makes it great! I was told that a Tower of Terror won't be going into Disneyland, but they are considering a mine shaft themed free-fall in Frontierland, which would use the same technology. That would be great! DCA's free-fall ride also uses the same technology, just so you know.

This is one of WDW's best attractions. The attention to detail is incredible and the special effects are fabulous. Every year or so Disney changes the drop at the finale, so beware. The Imagineers did a fine job. Bravo!!!

This is an Imagineering best! This one goes right up there with Pirates, Indy, and Thunder Mountain! I was amazed that an attraction could emotionally manipulate me this much! That sounds very strange, but this attraction had me shocked and mostly in awe!!!! This is the BEST attraction in Florida! It is too bad though. My mother hates drops and thrill rides, so she couldn't ride this, but it is so well detailed! I never could think that an attraction could be this great without a single Audio-Animatronic!! I adore this ride, it is second only to Indy!

It scares me every time and I won't admit it but I enjoy it. The first time that I rode it I came off the seat which resulted in a rough 'landing' but the newer version is softer. I just wish I could stay up at the top longer to enjoy the view!

My personal favorite of Disney's new mega-attractions. Everything is perfect - from the theme to the attraction itself. This third "drop sequence" could be better - but that will change with time. Be sure to check out the props from the original television episodes that line the shelves of the bookcases in the Library during the preshow. You'll recognize some of the old pieces!
