Outstanding. Take your time at this one and you will be rewarded. The interaction between the gorillas is at times touching, and at times hilarious!

Another Zoo..

May impress those from areas with no or older, unimproved zoos, but those of us with access to places like the Bronx Zoo have seen muh better than this.

Great animals. More work trekking on foot if it's hot.

An imersive setting that serves as a great way to get a close-up look at some amazing animals.

It is really awesome - especially the Kimodo dragon...

Awesome!

Get there early and head for the Gorilas. Try not to slap every child who says "Is it real" or every adult who says to a child "Oooh - look at the monkey".

Entertaining and captivating.

A beautiful walk with many surprises along the way.

It wasn't until my most recent trip to AK that I found this place. It definately increases my opinion of the park.

I was just on a vacation to WDW last week and on the Pangani Forest Exploration Trail my family and I saw about 4 gorillas. Even 2 babies : )

The more time you take meandering through the various areas of the trail, the more you will see and enjoy. The gorillas are wonderful to watch, especially the family groups. Go early in the morning and you will see them at their best. The same goes for the safari.

I think it's amazing watching the gorillas. It's a little sad that the gorillas cant mate but it is still interesting.

We have been at least 4 times since it opened but only saw gorillas 1 time. People need to realize they have to be quiet in order for the gorillas to come out. I see too many people making monkey noises at them and waiving their arms which only scares the gorillas up into the trees to hide.

The gorillas are awesome, even though it could use more animals and spruceing up. The gorillas would of been better...if it wasn't POURING!

This is one of the reasons I keep going back to Disney World.
It is truly one of Disney gems

Not a very nice set up. There is much more to see and a better set up at the San Diego Wild Animal Park.
User ID: irishfan Thrill: Unrated Theme: Unrated Overall: 4 (5/18/2000)
Absolutley breathtaking,(when you have the place to yourself!).
User ID: ToonKirby Thrill: Unrated Theme: Unrated Overall: 4 (5/18/2000)
Great self-paced walk thru attraction. If you love gorillas, this is the best way to see them anywhere except Africa itself!
User ID: RPK4444 Thrill: Unrated Theme: Unrated Overall: 3 (5/18/2000)
Much better than seeing animals in the zoo but, needs more animals.
User ID: keefelc Thrill: Unrated Theme: Unrated Overall: 4 (3/15/2000)
I really enjoyed this exhibit more after listening and chatting with the Castmembers about the animals and birds.
User ID: LaffnStock Thrill: Unrated Theme: Unrated Overall: 4 (3/12/2000)
The gorillas were really active when we were there. Lots of interesting animals. If you see a cast member, chat with them!

I was there when the park was only a few months old, and the Trail was truly one of the gems of AK. The birdhouse was especially delightful.

Every time I visit the Pangani Trail I am awed by the gorillas....as is everyone else, but fortunately the gorilla habitat is large enough to prevent gawkers block.
User ID: Jeremiah Thrill: Unrated Theme: Unrated Overall: 4 (2/5/2000)
Great to walk and notice all the hidden things like the dead deer in the tree with the paw prints leading to it. Very detailed....
User ID: NancyDVC Thrill: Unrated Theme: Unrated Overall: 4 (1/7/2000)
Take your time and really look for the animals. We saw 2 toddler and one baby gorilla. Wow! This should not be missed. If it is crowded wait for folks to move or check with the cast members who will tell you where the animals may be found or suggest another viewing area

The Gorillas are cool!
User ID: TPA_RickWest Thrill: Unrated Theme: Unrated Overall: 4 (1/6/2000)
A wonderful look at some of Animal Kingdom's inhabitants - the lowland gorillas are incredible. The large silverback is a personal favorite of Marc and Alice Davis' and they visit him whenever their schedule permits!
