The place is beautiful and the food is good, but we really went there for the Characters (having 2 small kids) and we only had 2 of them (Tiger and Eeyore visiting our table once) we actually had to hunt for Piglet (my daughter's favorite) for a pic, after 45 min we left disappointed. We also had to wait almost 1 hour to be seated and yes we had reservations, so I'm not going back there anytime soon.

There should be a section set aside for people without small children so they aren't disturbed by the roaming characters. The food is wonderful, the service is so-so, and each time I dine there, I must ask for drink refills instead of being offered. It is a large room. Surely there could be adults only dining on one end, and adults with children on the other. I would be willing to wait longer for a table minus characters.

The food was very good. Service was excellent. I am not a big Pooh fan so it isn't something I would do again.

We went twice during the week we went. Both times the server was rude and and acted like we were bothering them to ask for drinnk refills. I overlooked it the first time thinking that maybe they were having a bad day, but after the same bad service the second time I will not go back. The food was mediocre and cold, they cook the eggs to a runny state. Definately not worth the cost.

Wonderful resturant :) The children will love the character meetings. I'm usually feeling a bit sad there, since I always there for breakfast on the last day, but it's a lovely resturant so it cheers me up. The characters usually visit us 2 to 3 times, and my sister loves it.

This is a good place to eat. It's an all-u-can-eat buffet with glutonous Pooh Bear. jk, Pooh's just a hungry fellow... Be sure to make reservations before coming to the park.

The front porch of the Crystal Palace is a great place to watch "Wishes". Let the staff know you want to watch and then be seated. They're very accomodating. The food appeals to a wide range of tastes. I even tried duck there for the first time in my life! The characters gave the children lots of personal time and then led them on a conga line around the restaurant! Don't miss this place!

When we go to Disneyworld every year we stay for a week and always eat at least one meal here at The Crystal Palace. We have never had a problem or complaint, the food is always hot and always tastes Wonderful. It is a great place to take kids to have their pictures taken with a lot of the Disney Characters. We have recommended this place to eat at to many, many people over the years.

We were there in November of 1999 and had the best time. The Crystal Palace is a very well kept and beautiful restaurant. The CMs are all very professional and the buffet (I don't usually like them) was exceptional.

I THOUGHT THE FOOD WAS JUST OKAY, STANDARD BUFFET, AND THE ATMOSPHERE WAS LOUD AND BUSTLING. THE SERVICE WAS GOOD BUT HOW BAD COULD BUFFET SERVICE REALLY BE ? THE VALUE WAS GOOD HOWEVER DUE TO THE FACT THAT IT'S ALL YOU CAN YOU CAN EAT. KIDS WILL LOVE THE POOH CHARECTERS EVEN MORE THAN I DID, AND ALTHOUGH THE ACTUAL BUILDING IS QUITE CHARMING, I WOULD NEVER RECCOMEND THIS PARTICLUR RESTURANT AS A ROMANTIC CHOICE. OVERALL A SOLID 3

I love the 100 Acre Woods gang, so of course this was one of my favorite restaurants to visit while in the MK. We never felt rushed and we were visited by the characters not once, but twice! This restaurant is a definite must while in the MK. It's a definite to do on my trip in 2006.

CP is great! We prefer to have lunch here. The food is great, but sometimes the servers are so busy that it takes a while for them to come back to your table. Pooh and his friends come by your table often and are always up for pictures. It is noisy, but in our opinion, worth it!

I had breakfast at the CP in 2001. Actually it was the Saturday before the 9/11 attacks. I guess in a way it was my last look at an innocent world.

Crystal palace used to be a favorite of mine until they turned it into what it is today. It used to be a wonderful cafeteria and I loved the chickens being roasted in front of you. Another good cafeteria that was ruined was Hollywood and Vine at MGM.

Our daughter is a huge Tigger fan. We were at WDW for her 13th B.Day last June and she chose the Crystal Palace for lunch because of the Pooh characters. The food was surprisingly good for buffet style. When the characters found out it was my daughters B.Day they brought her a cake, birthday card, and all sang happy birthday to her. It really made for a special day for her and also a day her mother or I will forget.

This place was a mad house at lunch. The atmosphere was noisy and chaotic. The food was so-so. Only Winnie the Pooh and Eyore came by our table and they did not spend very much time with my children. I felt ripped off by the whole thing. Will not be eating there again.
